FOUR DAY PROGRAM
Lessons are private one on one instruction held in my studio/shop and scheduled at our mutual convenience, days do not have to be consecutive and they can include weekend days. For out-of-towners please see the sidebar for suggested places to stay.
You will create a mural on canvas that will be yours to keep. Canvas, paints and brushes are supplied.
Because these are private one on one workshops, you will be able to decide the subject of your mural. I will show you how to put together and prepare a rough sketch while searching for and using resource pictures as 'models/guides'. After that you will transfer your design to the canvas using a variety of techniques. You will learn the importance of horizon lines, scale, and perspective.
Then the real fun begins...we paint! We'll talk about color choices, shading and highlighting and bringing depth to your work. At the end of your instruction you will have the confidence to know that yes I can do this, and you'll also have a finished piece of art that you will be proud to show off!

A $100 deposit (transferable to another date, but non-refundable) is due when scheduling and the balance due one week before the start of instruction. All materials are provided.

TWO-DAY MINI MURAL CLASS
Take a two day mini mural class. In this class we will paint a window with a view (not necessarily the one pictured here). All materials are supplied. A $50 dollar (transferable to another date but non-refundable) deposit is required to secure your dates. Remainder due at start of class.
